One night, I was up on Mica Peak for a star party. There was a lightning storm approaching from the south, so I set up a camera for a half hour exposure. While I was on the other side of the hill top, I had no idea what was exposing onto my film. The lightning rolled along the far horizon as Jupiter gained altitude - then a quick fireball lit up the night sky. Clouds obscured the star trails to the horizon and made a place on the film for me to 'place' the three extra large lightning bolts (another exposure - another place - another time) that are the main attraction of this darkroom composite.
